We are honored you are considering our school and community. Choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions a family will make. Our admissions team is here to guide you through your search and provide you with all the information you need to make the most thoughtful choice for your child.

The Admission Process

» A completed application is the first step in the process.

» A copy of a birth certificate, immunization records, a current report card and baptismal certificate (if applicable) will be needed.

» You will be contacted to schedule an assessment. Grades K–8th require academic testing prior to enrollment. Please call Katie Wolf in the Admissions Office to schedule testing: 801-393-6051 x225. All enrollment applications must be received before testing can occur.

How to Apply

 

Applying is easy using our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee of $50 must be submitted online before the application will be processed.

Create an Online Application

» To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account". From there, you will be instructed to create a username, password, and verify your email. 

» You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. You will see a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.

» Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review and Submit."
